FAQ
Straight answers about on-site repairs, quoting, scheduling, and what makes a repair last.
What do you need to quote the job accurately?
Send clear photos, a short video, equipment make/model, the exact location, and whether the equipment can be positioned for access. The failure mode and access usually drive the time.
Do you service all of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut?
Yes — we run mobile welding across all of New Jersey, and we regularly service warehouse and industrial corridors in New York and Connecticut. If you’re unsure, send the address and a few photos and we’ll confirm scheduling. See the full service area.
Do you weld on-site at active construction sites?
Yes. We coordinate with site rules, access, and safety. If you have a site contact, include that in the quote request.
How do you prevent cracks from coming back?
We focus on crack arrest, full prep, and reinforcement where appropriate — often the root issue is stress concentration or an under-supported bracket. Repairs last when the load is handled correctly.
Can you fabricate parts if replacement parts are delayed?
Yes. Brackets, tabs, mounts, guards, and supports can often be fabricated and fitted in the field when it makes sense.
Do you work on trailers and work trucks too?
Yes. Trailer frames, mounts, ramps, tie-down points, and work-truck equipment supports are common on-site repairs.
How quickly can you schedule?
It depends on location and workload. Send the repair details and your timeline, and we’ll respond with the quickest available window.
Can you handle multiple machines at once?
Yes. If you have a yard with several repairs, batch scheduling is often efficient and reduces downtime.
Do you paint or coat repairs?
We can do basic finishing and touch-ups when requested. For full coating systems, we can coordinate scope based on your requirements.
